Jordana again! - 12 Hr Made to Last Eyeshadow Pencil

It's turning into a bit of a Jordana fest on my blog this week. It's not intentional, I actually wanted to group the 12 Hr Made to Last Eye Liner and the 12 Hr Made to Last Eyeshadow Pencil posts together but  figured it would be a very long post so I decided to split them up.

My experience with Jordana has been recent and new so I am super impressed with the quality. Their product offerings are few but they are well thought out and great value. I think they recently came out with a lip crayon range which I really want to try. If I do I will definitely let you know if I like them.

Anyway this post is about their chubby eyeshadow crayons, a craze that was started by Clinique I think and then lots of brands have caught on and started producing these kind of cream eyeshadow crayons. I have tried a few other brands (reviews to come, of course) but these are the ones that I have been reaching for the most for various reasons that we will discuss in this post.

Jordana have released 8 shades and I own 5 of these. The colours that I don't own are Eternal White (white), Stay-On Black (black) and Aqua Last (aquamarine). I only bought the shades which I thought I would actually use.

The only disappointing shade out of the five was the Pink Evermore as it has such chunky glitter that just takes over the soft pink thats the base. On my colouring you can't even see the pink all you can see is horrible chunky glitter. I am going to throw that one out. However the others are amazing!! I especially love the beige and brown as they are matte shades and work so well as a base for any neutral look. The lovely purple and green has some shimmer to it but nothing scary and they look amazing on the eye, the pigmentation is so great and the lasting power is great too.

I always use a primer under my eyeshadows and I find that none of these crease on my eyes if I use a primer.

I have to say that these are great quality and the price is only $3.99 but currently Walgreens have these on sale for $2.99 so grab these if you love bargains like me :)

Let me know which are your favourite eyeshadow crayons?
