The Review - Estee Lauder Gentle Eye Makeup Remover

When I first ran out of my Lancome Bi-Facil eye makeup remover, I felt very blue indeed. It's my holy grail eye makeup remover especially if I am wearing waterproof mascara ( a must for summer!). I never thought I'd find something equally good, but I have ladies, it's the Estee Lauder Gentle Eye Makeup Remover ($20 for 3.4 oz)which I received as a gift with purchase when I bought the Double wear light foundation.

This makeup remover is described as “gentle, lightweight formula that works quickly and gently to remove powder eyeshadow and other eye makeup. Sweeps away without leaving any oily residue–so you can reapply eye makeup immediately after use. Oil-free formula won’t damage delicate skin.". I must say I am ready to validate all of it's claims.

It is -

• super gentle (even more so than the Lancome Bi-Facil), 
• it's got no noticeable scent, 
• no stinging occurs when using it on my eyes, 
• dissolves waterproof mascara quite well
• very little product is needed
• easily available
